2007 Honda Element
Little history. Recently got the car back on road after being stored for 2 years. Replaced battery alternator and ignition relay due to starting issues. Car has been running great. On freeway today. Car went into limp mode and stopped running. Serpentine belt had shredded and come off pulley. Replaced belt and now the car only cranks but will not turn over. Tried to jump it thinking maybe the battery had drawn down due to belt failure. Towed car home any suggestions on what to do next

Were you running the AC? If not I suspect the alternator may be the problem. A pulley is likely frozen. Take the belt off and spin all the things it rotates on.

No not running air. Pulleys all turn freely. Battery is brand new alternator brand new. As of yesterday serpentine belt brand new. Car went into limp mode and that’s when the belt failure was noticed. Battery is providing enough cranking power but engine is not turning over. Almost seems like it’s not getting any fuel

Turn over means it's cranking. You can turn over without starting this is called crank no start. You have crank no start? Fuel? Try spraying a little fluid in the intake. Does it start?
