2023 Honda Accord System Update
I downloaded the HondaLink app, set everything up, found the 'Remote System Update' tab and downloaded the updates (there are currently 2). However, both updates are stuck on the following message 'Partially Updated'- "Your vehicle system update was partially completed. The remaining update(s) will continue after the next power mode off."
It has been a few weeks now and my car has certainly been turned off and on many times. Does anyone have a clue as to what I'm missing here?
I contacted my local dealer and all I was told is that I should schedule a service appointment. I don't believe that is necessary since their app has the option to do it remotely and I have seen a video of someone doing this online, I just can't figure out how. This whole system update thing frankly seems to be a way to drag us back to the dealer for servicing and they provide next to zero information on how to do it yourself.
Would greatly appreciate any assistance.
