91 honda crx need a new clutch
 
hey whats up
new to this forum
i have a 91 crx and i need to replace the clutch
and i dont really want to take it sumwere and have them do it cause i like to work on cars myself i was wondering how hard would it be to do it myself
or should i jus take it to a place

Aloha and welcome to the forum, enjoy your stay, and hope we might be able to assist. Do you have a service or maintenance manual, if you do and have the jacks and tools to do the job, it is not to difficult, time consuming. Read the manual first and then decide to change it if you feel you can do it. also if you have a mechanic friend around to call on in the event you run into problems, this is good.
Always good to learn about your car, and only way to do so is is to try to fix it.

i would try to do it urself if u think u can do it....because u'll pay out the ass to have someone do it for u...goodluck though!...let me kno if u have ne troubles..i'll try n help

it takes a regular mechanic on a lift about 7-9 hours if that helps give you an idea of labor involved

I didi it on my brothers 91 crx in 2 hours with no lift or air tools
