99 passport head gasket
 
i have a 99 passport ex 4wd 3.2 v6, and the other day i was replacing sparkplugs and when the socket went down into the sparkplug well there was coolent in there. i was thinkin maybe the head gasket but not sure never had a car do that before cuz it was only in #4 cylinder. anyone know what it could be

Welcome to the forums.. Your spark plug cylinders were filled with coolant? the only way that the coolant can get past the "sleeves" are if the head gasket is gone bad.. try draining the oil into something clear and letting it settle for a bit.. if you see any seperation then you know it is definately a head gasket but the way ti sounds now is like its for sure the gasket

It can sometimes only be after a cold start up or all the time.If it is white and smells sweet, it is a head gasket, if it is blue it is oil, black is excess fuel.
