ok, i replaced my factory radio w/ an aftermarket stereo today. im sure i did everything correctly but once i had re-connected the negative cable to battery the horn started beeping and the wipers would go...and my car wont start now. i only messed with the wires directly connected to the old stereo. they are all taped up so no metal is touching and i double checked that so it wasnt a short, also checked fuses. i dont know what else to check so if anyone could help me figure this out that would be great!

It's hard to say not being there when you hooked up power,I would disconnect and run power to a different source and ground.
