axleshaft help
 

I have a 1990 accord and was replacing the upper control arm and the drivers side axleshaft came apart at intermediate shaft. After putting it back together I now have a clicking noise and I can feel hoppping or vibratoin when driving. do these have to be timed? Or do I have to replace the axle? Thanks for any help.
