best place to buy oem parts

Looking to not get ripped off but I am doing a replacement of timing chain and tensioner and hoping to get oem parts to do the job. Who sells these parts a good price? Also do I really need new chain guides?

Get a Cloyes kit.
If the guides are worn or broke replace them.
