Brake light on intermittently.
 

Hi there, my 2001 honda accord, BRAKES light will came on intermittenly every morning whenever i step on my brakes, the light will go off about 2 min later,this process will go on until about 10min,then everything will become normal.The BRAKE will stay on even longer when the weather is cold. Could anyone advice me what is wrong with my car. Please

welcome to the forum. chech the brake switch just back of the pedal shaft, need to see if it is sticking or going bad. may just need cleaning.

Thanks acmech52, if the brake switch is not sticky, doing a brake flush will it solve the brake light intermittent problem?

light intermittent is usually poor ground, brake switch getting sticky, or poor connections some where in the line. the car does not have a brake fluid switch like the old day cars.
