car no start!

Hi, I've gota '99 Prelude which I could not drive for about a year due to injuries from a motorcycle accident. I would start it up every couple of months, but now it won't start. The battery is fine, and the gas tank is full. The engine turns over but that's it. I don't know if the fuel would be stale or what the problem could be. Does anyone have any ideas?

Yes fuel can go " stale " , it breaks down after long period of time creating " varnish " and sludgebuild up in fuel system. Check to see if there is any fuel pressure , fuel pump , filter etc.

There could be ignition issues , plugs ,wires , distrib cap etc.

Change the fuel pump and filter, and if you know how to drop the gas tank and get all the old gas out of there. Hondas are picky if that does not work trying looking at the fuel rail
