Few issues I need help with
 

I’m having a few issues with my 2007 Honda Civic ex that’s started to bother me. One issue is at 60 mph I hear a loud like whining noise and it gets louder the faster I go. I’ll try to post a video ignore past the road noise. Another issue is my cars steering wheel shakes when I drive and it feels like my car is shaking back and forth on the road. I’ve gotten an alinement and i got new tires and my wheels balanced. The last issue i don’t know if it’s that much of an issue but when I pull my dip stick out it smells like an old lawn mower. It has that distinct smells.

Do you have the whining noise while stationary and only engine running (rpm up around 2k to 3k)??
If you do not then suspension or brakes noise
If you do hear it then engine noise
