I had a break in and noticed that since then, my remote keys won't lock/unlock the car. The panic button still sets it off but no response for lock or unlock. I have re-paired it and confirmed I get lock sounds for both door and rear door locks when programming. But once I take it out of the ignition, it doesn't respond. I changed the battery just in case and re-paired it again with it still not working.

What could have happened during the break in to cause this?
