How to install a conversion HID kit?

Hi, guys. I recently bought the Slim hid conversion kit for my Accord 2001 . I tried to install them, but when I started my car, the lights started flashing. So comfused, if anyone could let me know what's going on with the kits?

Blinking of HID lights (Blinking: The constant instantaneous switching on and off of the HID lights):
This is caused either by bad installation of the HID's (crossing negative and positive terminals, no proper grounding etc) or by defective ballasts/bulbs. This issue can be seen in both 35W or 55W HID's.

i strongly advise the use of a relay harness so you get power directly from the battery and not the stock wiring.

I read that somewhere, makes total since.

HIDS use tremendous power on ignition, voltage the stock wires were never meant to handle. problems can occur ranging from flickering lights to fried wires sometimes even fire.

I had my HID installed but I never had flickering issues. Maybe there's malfunctioning part on any of the HID Parts. You may want to check that on your seller, otherwise you would need capacitors.

Hey Forrest, I think the above video is helpful to you. If you still not getting it, then you use the voucher that usually comes with products, read out the instruction and I'm sure you will get it fix easily.

Go here http://www.360tuners.com/hidconversionkits.aspx . You can find here the easy plug and play hid conversion kits. You need not to cut any wire.
