at 275k and going good, i don't see why not. My nissan 85 truck has 375k when I sold it and now has 450k with the castrol and fram filter, same engine, no lost of oil, no smoke, just change alternators and water pumps, spark plugs and wires, vaccum lines .. if the filter was bad to use, the engine would have already been destroyed. oil n filter replace ea 5k. still running good. todate I have not lost an engine or changed or oil burn from any of my vehicles using the fram or stp filter. I do drive hard, when the police are not too close around.

in the past the orange frams were ok to use. its the more recent ones You
gotta wory about. on the orange frams the paper seems are glued this
one was found open. i use the synthetic Puralotor oil filter on the Honda
the media found inside and the ant-drain back valve is much better built quality wise.
