Need Help identifying an empty bolt hole
 

I own a 2001 honda accord lx with a 2.3 L vtec engine and there is an empty bolt hole that im trying to identify. I want to know what this hole is and if it even uses a bolt. It is located on the cylinder in the bottom right hand corner and have included a picture showing the location.http://i58.tinypic.com/2lwq8wh.png
