New Carb is not working!!
 
I just bought a new carb from The Carberator Exchange for a 87 honda accord four cylinder got it all hooked up the way i took the old one off and every time i start the car the throttle or the advance makes the motor almost red line as soon as its started and the the air flap is opened at all times and is not the same as the stock carb i just took off any way someone can help or give an idea

welcome to the forum. check to see that the idle screw is backed out most of the way, check to see if there is a vent hole open or missing a hose, or a plug to allow air into the carb. check to see that the throttle is not stuck open, and can be closed. or get the same carb you took off, match it at the auto parts place.
