New to Honda World (1993 Accord LX)
 

I am completely new to the Honda world. I just bought a 1993 Accord LXautomaticthat is in amazing shape, 149,000 original miles.

Is it pretty normal for these cars with an automaitc transmission to vibrate really bad in reverse and at a stop light. It seems like it gets better after its warmed up a while.

I've been told to expect the vibrations in reverse but not heard anything about it at a stop.

It is not normal to vibrate in reverse, I had a 90 accord with 163k and auto trans was smooth in all gears. Fluid was changed each 30k or every 2 years which ever came first.When was the last time the fluid was changed.
