Default O2 sensor replacement for Honda Accord

I need to replace the O2 sensor on the exhaust manifold. most places on the internet sell it for about $40, the guy at the local auto parts store told me that my car needs a wide band sensor which costs $220, is that correct?

166 list 118 your cost, go to this site and keep it in your favorites for pricing.
hondaautomotiveparts.com it is Majestic Honda. Don't get an aftermarket, the aftermarket will last up to 3 mos and the eng light goes back on. the factory stock is the best way. It is made by Denso. your choice. and welcome to the forum.
