oem fog light & HID headlight conflict
 

'94 civic hatchback-I have HID headlights set up so when I hit my high beams my HID come on. I installed an OEM foglight kit. Everything was wired correctly according to factory recommendations. The ground wires on the fog lights themselves fried & I had to replace them. . Now- when I hit my brights, the driver's side HID doesn't come on. The bulb is good. The fog lights work ok. I'm not blowing fuses, and the relay's good also. I just can't get the driver's side HID back online. Any suggestions?
