overheating
 
my civic has overheated 3 times changed all hoses thermostat fan switch went too flush out rad i bleeded the rad i still check the water level every few days just in case but i noticed when the engine is cold water shoots out when i open the radiator cap when i top off with coolant it just pours out someone told me it could be bad head gasket is this true by the way its not overheating now but runs kind of hard and the engine oil looks ok

I have the same problem, as you do & I did all you have also done but there is still some overheating in the engine.
Somehow the radiator happens to be a single cell so I don't know if that is how they come.
I have also changed the thormostat of the radiator so now it still overheats but not up to the former level.
Please if you have fixed yours can you let me in on how you did it.

well after only getting one replyno answer here i decided check the head gasket found problem with #1 cylinder took the head to a machine shop now all works fine
