Power seat won't go up/down '03 Accord

2003 Accord. Starting having issues where the seat would go down, but not up occasionally. Now, it's down and won't go back up.
Is there a way to force the seat to the up position? I don't care to move it back to the low position if I can raise it manually.

Or, how best can I test if it's a bad switch, motor, etc. Thanks.

The plug to the motor will have two large wires and they should read low ohms.
Do you have a dvom?

Hi thanks. I have a meter. Are you saying to measure the resistance at the motor or the wires?

You want to measure the motor windings not the wires. If the windings are open the motor is junk.

is there a way to manually raise the seat? I never have the need to lower it, if I can raise it I’d be happy.

I'm pretty sure you'll need to pull the seat to do that.
