Default Quick cat. converter Question?

Just put a new magnaflow converter on 2000 si. Should water drip from back of the converter where the 3 mounting bolts go? I warmed it up after cat. was on and noticed water dripping and with more rpm's more water dripped. Went on test drive and drove fine with noticable power gains. Didn't look once I got back. Any ideas why that happens?

in theory, for every gallon of gas burned, you burn a gallon of water. Takes air gas and spark to run the engine. water comes out as a by product of air consumed.
