Scraping noise front end

Hello,
I have a 2017 CRV with 160,000 miles. Recently It started making what I would describe as a scaping noise from the right front. The kicker is it only does it when it is first driven for the day and or when it hasn't been driven for several hours (cold) slow speeds, and only when pressing the gas pedal. If I let off the pedal it goes a way if I step on it even real lightly it starts again. I brought it to a repair shop and they put it on the lift, but said they couldn't find anything obvious and to bring it back when it get worse. Anyone have an ideas what would cause this?

Thanks!

Wheel bearings are a possibility. They can fail in a number of ways.
One is that they become excessively loose.
Jacking the front wheel, hands at 12 and 6 check to see if the wheel has play
Do the same with hands at 9 and 3 o'clock.

Another is that they make intermittent noise
When turn the car, the side that gets more weight can cause the bearing to emit noise.
(i.e. Turning right will put more weight on the left side)
Or the noise will come from the car moving or accelerating

A way to check, sense the area near the wheel for excessive heat.
Be careful as it could get vey hot (can burn)

The noise stops when not pressing gas pedal. Wouldn't the bearing make noise anytime the tire is rotating?
