1994 ACCORD EX Auto. Replaced fuel pump, relay and checked fuses. When you try to start car Fuel Pump does not turn on, you have to sit and wait sometimes secounds sometimes minutes before pump fires up and you can start. It always works never leaves me stranded and it starts almost on first crank. Where do i go from here?

 

I would try another relay ,I have purchased parts before that are faulty when new. So it is not out of the ordinary.
