Wanting to remove whole AC unit.....

I need to know if there is any specific way to remove my AC fan and the AC Condenser. Anything would be helpful! Thanks

Its really easy. The law states that you are supposed to depressurize the A/C system into an approved canister to keep the crap from getting into the air cause its bad for the ozone. Most people just disconnect the lines and let it go. I f you do this make sure you dont inhale or get any in your eyes. Let it sit for 10 minutes after you crack the line so that all the crap gets out. Then its just a matter of unhooking some lines, some bolts, some electical connectors, and just pulling everything out.

Thanks man. I didn't have to worry about bleeding the lines cause i had a leak in one of them so all the freon was already out. It looks so much better now though

Makes it much lighter and much easier to work on and makes it much lighter as well. Removing all of the A/C components also made mine run cooler due to the extra flow of cold air over the the header, block, and oil pan.
