im wanting to find out if i can run mobile 1 synthetic ATF in my 90 accord lx. i also want to know if its going to make a difference in the performance of the tranny. im thinking it would seeing as its a synthetic ATF.

 

I been advised by American Honda to use the Honda ATF, Also by trans shop amsol is good. I use Honda ATF on my 3 hondas, so far no problems. 82k to 206k on cars.

 

I had the trans flush done this past weekend at 60k the book says 90k,boy was that fluid dirty,it shifts into reverse better now.Wouldn't recommend waiting that long.
