Default 2000 Accord power issues

I have a 2000 Accord 4-cylinder with 274000 miles but I get an issue that happens after I been riding for a little while. My dash lights comes on then go off. I have changed the battery alternator and the starter. The reason why I took it to AutoZone and was told that the starter was low charge.
Not sure if this is related but when I get to 65mph my car stutters. The only codes I have is the p1259 and p1457

Super informative, I'm not even a car guy and I was able to do some basic diagnostics to see what it exactly was going on with my car. Thank you!!!

AutoZone is not to be trusted. No such thing as a low charge on a starter, a battery yes.
Do you know what those codes mean?
Pick your poison.

What kind of diagnostics could you possibly get from his post that helped you with your car?
