Default 2001 window issue

Hi,
I have an 2001 Honda Accord EX. My rear driver side window will not go back up, every other window works correctly. When I press the switch the window makes a very mild sounds.
can anyone please provide any input for me to check, vehicle never had this issue before.

Thank you.

Welcome to the forum. Take your door trim off and view the window mechanism. The window could have fallen off the tracks or the plastic gear could have stripped. If all is good the felt may need lube to allow the glass to ride felt easier.

I removed the door panel and everything looks correct. I put my meter and tested the window switch for power, I get 9V from the ground and power wire when I push for the window to go up (It does not move) and -9V when I push for the window to go down (It does not move).
I believe the only item to test will be the motor, is that correct? How can I test and find out if the window motor is good or bad?

Check first that the window can easily move
Check for powers and ground to the window actuator/motor
(9 volts seems low and might have a voltage drop somewhere along the line or bad ground)
