2002 Accord Throttle Body 16410-P8C-A22 or 16410-P8C-A21?

2002 Accord Throttle Body 16410-P8C-A22 or 16410-P8C-A21?
I need to replace my throttle body for my '02 3.0 Accord and I'm having a hard time figuring out which throttle body I should buy.
The 16410-P8C-A21 is for 98-01 Accords, the 16410-P8C-A22 seems to be for 02. Are these throttle bodies close enough to be interchangeable for a 16 year old's car?
The price difference is quite steep. I can get a 16410-P8C-A21 for around $150 and the 16410-P8C-A22 runs for around $700. Is it worth getting the "right" part, or will 16410-P8C-A21 be fine?
