Default 2003 accord running like crap

I bought an 03 accord cheap. Has a skip when idling, has two codes in the computer one was p0341 for camshaft sensor A, and other was barometric sensor low code p2228 or something like that. Well I replaced the intake side cam sensor, and cleared the codes. Car started fine but still skipping at idle and around idle. Bad enough to shake the car. The cam sensor code went away and did t come back after sdriving down the road. The baro sensor code is still there. Put my hand over the exhaust and as it’s skippingits sucking into the exhaust for a split second. Any idea if this is timing issue ?

welcome to the forum. check all plugs for clean burn, check mass air sensor for connection clean as needed and reinstall. throttle positions sensor proper alignment or malfunction, cat for restriction, pcm for malfunction. do the cheapest and easiest fix first. may want to do a compression check also.

It’s a 4 cylinder. Doesn’t have a MAF

I suppose this didn't go anywhere. I have the same code, and I did the timing chain, cam sensor, ignition coils. Not sure what to do now... VTEC solenoid?

Any chance you have some insight?

On older engines the screens on VTec needs to be cleaned. Could be a cause?
Or, The Idle Air Control valve needs to be cleaned?
These are some simple things to do that do not need to spend money on parts
Unless you find the part broken or break them.

Congrats on the new ride. Please enjoy
