2007 Accord V6 Whining Noise?

This actually started today. It's been for the past 2 month or so, on cold startups in the morning, i would get a belt squeal, and it would go away after a few revs, as the car warmed up
Then today, i got this whining noise while idle and when on the gas. In Neutral, the sound is still there. Any suggestions? Safe to drive?

Here is a video

Welcome in, try pulling on the belt tensioner,is it easy to move if so that's your problem,it's not putting enough force to tighten the belt. You could buy a can of belt dressing to stop the squeal temporarily. Good luck.

welcome to the forum. the whining may be a bearing noise from the alt or anything that has a bearing being turned by the belt.
