87, 89 or 93?

Default 87, 89 or 93?
What Octanedo you use for your 2003-2007 Accord EX V6?

I find 89 runs smooth, but knocks.

I find 93 , nO Knocks, but idles rough?

Any similar experience?
I use Shell and Chevron
