92 Accord wont run after engine wash
 

my car quit and idk whats wrong with it. it cranks but its not running its missing really bad there was water in the spark plug wells and distributor,...i pressure sprayed it after a valve cover gasket replacement. Plugs wires and cap are over a year old. I was running ok before. on cold start it would idle really rough and idle at high rpms until it quit sputtering. then after the wash it just gave out. wouldnt crank at all. started unhooking stuff (plugs, dizzy, coil) getting fire at the coil. there was a bit of water over the plugs, in the dizzy and stuff. When you crank it its running really rough, backfiring, jumping, and wont idle. i have to press the gas. then the CEL gave me codes 14, 15, 41, 43. any ideas?
****UPDATE****
Put new plugs, wires, dizzy and rotor on. cleaned everything with ether. got it cranked but its shaking really bad. backfires and when i look under the car the 02 sensor is smoking. could be from oil??? when held at 3000rpm no backfiring or shaking. 2000 and below is worse the lower you go until it dies.
