96 accord lx sedan drop - PLEASE HELP!!
i have 17" rims on 215/40/17 tires. i want to drop my car about 2-3 inches to get rid of the fender gap, but i do not want a coilover setup. i want to go the shock/spring route. i was thinking about sprint racing springs since they drop the car the lowest @ 3.25" front & 3" rear. but i have no clue what shocks to run with that kind of drop. do you have any suggestions on some shocks i could use, or would you recommend a different setup? i would really appreciate it. thanks!!

Aloha cjkone978: welcome to the fourm, enjoy your stay. kyb, tokico, bilstein. My 92 accord was put togeather with coil overs and tokico shocks, a camber kit was needed and 15 in wheels, the fenders were really close!!!. Ride was like sitting on a go-kart

RE: 96 accord lx sedan drop - PLEASE HELP!!
thanks for the info! are there any kyb, tokico, or bilstein shocks in particular that will work with a 3in drop without the use of coilovers? like i said, i just want to use racing springs. i plan on keeping my car slammed, and dont really need the adjusting that coilovers offer. i was thinking maybe eibach sportline springs, and kyb gr-2's, but im not sure if the gr-2'swill work. i dont want to buy shocks only to have them blow in a short amount of time. i really want to go 3in. i have major fender gap. its ugly lol. also, do you have any suggestions on camber kits? i was looking at ingalls, but the prices are steep. are there any cheaper options that will work just as good?
