97 accord a/c problems
 

I got a 97 accord with a/c problems. The wire going to the a/c compressor stay hot all the time, as long as the ignition is on. Therefore it stays engaged all the time. The a/c button in the car will not turn it off. I've replaced the relay and pressure switch. I was just wondering if it might be the heater a/c control panel in the dash. I'm lost and don't know what to do? If I hook the compressor up and turn it off in the car. The car runs bad and dies sometimes because it idles down.
