Question Alternator bolt breakage inside engine block

I've got a 1998 Accord EX V6. The lower bolt of the alternator broke off inside the bolt hole, about 1/8 of an inch below the surface. I've removed the alternator but am finding difficulty as there is very little room, even to use ez outs. Any suggestions? Will it be necessary to raise engine completely to access hole directly? I'm not too technically advanced in the auto repair field lol aside from minor jobs. Am I over my head? Should I take it to a shop? And what can I expect to pay for such a repair?? Thx all!
Danny
