Hi! I'm considering a 2024 EX or EX-L and wondering if they have automatic breaking features, meaning that the car automatically brakes if nearing an accident not just to give an alert. I read this in other cars ads but what they have is the alerts only. Wanted to see is someone actually experienced that with CR-V EX or EX-L. Thanks!

 

My brother in law's Nissan Rogue has that feature. It will make an audible sound and put the brakes on. It will also do this when there is no one or object in the road. So, for my money, I would settle for just the sound. I can deal with just the sound but braking hard for no reason is not good and can get you a ticket if the police is behind you.
