erratic idle

Default erratic idle
Hello, I have a 1994 accord lx and when in park it starts idling erratically. it stops when in drive. I cleaned the idle air valve which didn't solve the issue. any help would be appreciated

researching this a little more I saw thiers a fast idle thermal valve that needs to be checked and cleaned. so ill try that
