fan speed control

Hi, I have a 2002 accord ex coupe and I had gotten the a/c recharged, but now the 1 and 2 fan speed controls don't work. It works great on 3 and 4. I dunno if anyone's had the same problem and could tell me if it's the fan blower or just the switch.

might check your blower motor resister
