headlight retrofit
 

i've got a 2001 malibu and options are for balls on this car. i want to upgrade everything including headlights and i've got an idea to retrofit the existing insides of a better looking headlamp into my headlight housing. so the only thing i can tell may work is either a 92-95 civic 1 pc headlamp or a 98-02 accord. can anyone tell me the dimensions of these two headlamps or how closely the two are related? any help is greatly appreciated.
