Hona Accord Hybrid And Smog Tests
 

Bought a new Accord Sport Hybrid back in June 2023, which does not have to be smog tested now in Calif. for another seven years.

But when it comes due, how do they test the smog of an engine that only comes on briefly, not staying on for any length of time???
