I purchase a 2005 honda Acc.Ex-V6 MAN. The car look great but doesn't feel great. the steering i feel is tuff. the car feels like is dragging like if the emergency brake was on. I also didn't get anything from the dealer stating that my car was certified. he mentioned that it was in the system, and the dealer will see it when i came in. this sounds right? I search for answer and found nothing. Please Help
