this is damage of my car.

any option for this damage? and how much am i looking at?

You might pull it off and try to push it back into shape,there maybe a brace in that area that is bent and need replacing also.You won't get it perfect unless you replace it though.

Reach around behind the bumper and bang it out from the back side. If the dent is in plastic it should just pop right out, but if its in metal then the metal is most likely stressed and after pulling the dent out will require some simple body work to make it flush, bonds will work. Also after you remove the dent you will probably notice the paint is cracked and damaged, so to get it perfect again sanding is needed, then apply paint, sand again, then apply a clear coat then a wax.

How well do you know cars?

You could take it off, push it back in place, and then use putty filler to make it perfect in shape, and finally, repaint it.
