Question How to Remove side Panels?

I want to re-paint the side panels/door molding/strip (whatever you call it) on the doors of our 2002 Accord SE. Can they be removed? and how?

yes they can be removed, suggest you get a couple of tools to remove the clips on the perimeter of the panel and the door lever has rods with plastic clips. Also the elec window panel needs to come loose to disconnect the cable connectors.
