Welcome to the forum,Wish I could help, but the only thing that comes to mind is a bad starter, sometimes a bad starter will give problems when heated up,when the car cools down does it start every time? if so I would say try another starter or try putting a heat shield on the starter, the exhaust may have something to do with it ,do you have a header on it?

check you main relay, check the coil/ignitor, distributor rotor/spring.

b4 you do any of that make sure your battery is good... If you have a digital multimeter. set it on dc volts and measure the amount of volts the battery has. anything under 12.4 volts means its time to drop a new battery under that hood of yours.

So the car hooked on the juice means.... if you know for sure its not the starter it will play around when going out they get kinda moody, never hurts to take it off bring to parts house and have check very painless removal. means timing could be off plug gap wrong run hotter coils or plugs could fix. possible low compression, idle set too low..... but would first try the free take the starter off and have it checked for free at local parts store. or simply on hondas some time a sensor pig tail has a short in it and jacks with it. if any of this helps there it is.but if not let me know i have Honda Service Manuals (not chilton or the others actual by Honda ) on hand please let me know. One more thing starting fluid is good and all but better using stuff such as wd 40 or some thing similar using starting fluid too much will damage your engine.
Hope This helps.
