Passenger side floor wet and that's just the beginning!

A couple of weeks ago after a couple of heavy thunderstorms, my passenger side floor got pretty wet. It's happened 3 times now with the same result. The water appears to be coming from the vent where the heat would come from at the bottom, more so on the right side. Now it gets really weird. A co-worker suggested it might be a heater coil issue so I started researching that.....and btw I have a 2017 Accord LX w/64K miles. Anyway I started playing around and even when I had my temp up as high as 86(max) I was still getting cold air. Now when I kick it up one notch to "hi" then it blows hot air, but only on high.

Now wait to you hear this!! My girlfriend has a 2017 Accord Sport (12K) in which she bought 8-9 months after me and she noticed today she has the identical problem. Water on the floor, cold air up to 86, and when you kick it to high you get hot air. I just dropped my car off at the shop to be looked at tomorrow. Has anyone ever heard a similar story on this issue?

Sounds like a plugged drain and blend door issue.
