Default Replacing Cam Seal

Just on Tuesday my oil light came on out of nowhere, and I was leaking oil everywhere! After having my neighbor take a look he determined my Camseal needs to be replaced, and I was wondering how difficult of a job is this? His dad owns a shop and said it could cost anywhere between $200-$500, and Ive asked a few mechanically enclined friends.. but I get differing answers on the difficulty level.. I basically need to know if this is something I can trust someone else to do without having to shell out the money to pay a mechanic! I drive a 95 Honda Accord Ex.

its a fairly easy job to do but i wouldn't give it to any bone head friend to do that's considers themselves a mechanic because they can change there own oil.

Thanks for the reply, but the video you posted is just replacing the Cap not the seal itself. I wouldnt let just ANYONE touch my car, which is why I am getting several different opinions before moving forward. I wish it didnt cost so much to replace a seal that DOESNT cost much. Up until my car has been working GREAT. Didnt expect this, but I should have since she is 17 years old!
