Starter issue 2013 accord v6
#2
Must be missing some information.
Is your vehicle equipped with a push to start button?
If it is a key then why do you need to push the brakes?
When you try to start 5-6 times, does the engine crank or not?
And what is the service bulletin saying?
We are not there to see all the little thing which you take for granted.
Sorry, more questions and no answers

Weird noise on start
Cam chain tensioner (#1 cause in 9th & 10th gen accords), atc or vtc actuator is the main issues surrounding that noise on start. Unless you've removed, replaced or bought aftermarket, then the heat shield around the upper catalytic converter isn't the cause. The heat shield under the car for the engine bay would sound like a piece of tin sheet metal, you'd only hear it when hitting bumps and such. Unless its clips are going then it would be louder, as if you drove over a traffic sign
