Default Vibration

I have a 2006 accord 3.0 ltr just came from a body shop and we changed 2 broken motor mounts after replacing mounts the vehicle has a vibration at 1100rpm with a/c on so bad it shakes the hood, brought it to the honda dealer and they said the subframe was bent from accident, so.... Needlesss to say we changed the subframe not fixed does anyone have any input? The help would be great this customer just wants her car back.

welcome to the forum. What type of accident was the car in the body shop for? If for front end, were the front wheels hit or bent, if so, check the wheel alighnment.
check tires for condition, and suspension for damage.

As ACMECH says,if that dosen't cure it check the tires, a broken belt in a tire can also cause a vibration.
