00 Civic - Problems
 

Hi. My 2000 civic EX (D16Y8 POS) runs fine (though slow), but my cruise control only works a portion of the time, and when it does work, it shuts off soon after. Could it be a vacuum leak? Also, my CEL stays on constantly, even after I fixed my CEL codes it was throwing and rebooted my ECU. Is there an electrical issue with these models that makes this happen? CEL code 9 keeps coming back, even though I've already replaced the dizzy twice. Any help would be appreciated.
