03 Civic "FI ECM" fuse keeps blowing

Put a new fuel pump in my '03 civic because it didn't seem to be working. Car wouldn't start. Duh. I looked under the hood and the 15amp FI ECM fuse is blown. I replace the fuse, go to start the car, fuse is blown again.

Did I blow a relay when my original pump seized?

heres yur problem you probbly didnt wire the pump corectly dont worry the urpose of the fuse is to blow before the whole system does. just duoble check all the conections on the pump and you should find your fault
